I have sent two emails since Sept 14, 2012 (to the two emails listed on my PayPal account receipt) asking for a store receipt with the item I purchased (Spring Step Sandals) listed and an estimated delivery date. My emails remain unanswered. Today, Oct 1, a small package arrived---with a blue sponge inside---declared value $200. I looked-up the sender XIAOYA YANG and found numerous reports of cheap substitute items being sent to scammed purchasers in the USA. I paid $47.60 for sandals using trusted PayPal and received a sponge. These are Scammers operating in China. I have appealed to PayPal to refund my $47.60

- Follow-up message by rokitlady: I contacted PayPal and they are going to refund my $47.60 but first I had to return the item--sponge--to an address PayPal gave me in china and give PayPal the tracking number. The REGISTERED MAIL WITH TRACKING COST ME $17.09. EXPENSIVE LESSON! This is the USPS Registered Mail Label Number for my 3.4 oz package to China. Customs Form # is LC774425338US. I had received a kitchen sponge instead of the Spring Step sandals I ordered on line from these scammers.
