In talking with aervice rep to get what I thought was a connection problem I was sold a contract for 12 months at $15.00 per month. I thought this was for service to my computer because the internet was running slow also. A computer tech told me the contract was for software. I was on the phone for 2 hours with them and near the end of the call I spoke to a service rep again, told her I misunderstood and wanted to cancel because I had just signed up. She told me in order to cancel I would have to pay $110.00. I am a senior citizen living on social security and feel this is a scam. I now have to pay $180.00 for a service I don`t want and which I cannot afford.
