I wanted to try bidding on the site, so I believe I registered (thought there is no record now) as requested. I clicked a couple of times on one item, then felt the site setup was a scam or just ridiculous. Lo and behold I noticed a couple of days later that my credit card was charged for $69. I have submitted a report to the Internet Crime Complaint Center. Of course, I wrote to DealFun, who said I will have my money back in 5-7 days. I don't believe them, but if that happens I will report it here.

In addition, we also send you to an invoice page once the payment information has been entered, noting specifically what was charged and also send two email receipts. Kindly let us know.

  • Hi Chris-- The link you gave me didn't work. I assume I registered with Deal Fun since they had my card number. I didn't buy a bid pack that I remember, but perhaps that was the problem. I didn't understand. I thought it was a free service unless you won a bid. In any case, here is the reply I received from them:

  • Hi Deborah,

Thank you for your response, much appreciated. Never mind the link, we always go the extra mile towards serving our customer. If you did not understand our service and did not want to take part in it, no problem :)

You can rest assured your account has been fully refunded and the only reason it takes 5-7 days to refund is due to the multiple banks involved, else it may even post sooner. The complete amount will be returned.

Please feel free to write to us at support @ dealfun . com in case you need any further assistance and we would be most willing to help. We take great pride in our customer service.

    Most Sincerely.
