I bought 2 tickets for Film 4's Somerset House Screening of 'On The Road' from secretmusic.co.uk and never received the tickets.
When I contacted them I got a reply from 'Oliver Francis' apologising and telling me to fill out a refunds form on their site.
I did so, and within a week the site had disappeared and I obviously received no refund.
