I called Verizon to check my bill because it was higher than expected. Verison said that there was a third party charge of $12.95 for the last ten months. It was ESbi. I never authorized then to take any money for any of there services. Verizon said that they were authorized by federal regulations to take the charge even if I didnot authorize it or had no knowledge of the charge. This does not seem legal. I am very upset by this action. It does not seem that the comsumer has any protection from unlawful companies out there.
