I subscribed to Broadstripe (WOW) for my internet service ONLY. I received a bill bundling my account for internet, cable tv, and a phone line. I have been a DIRECT TV customer for over one year, and have not had a phone line in over two years!
I do not appreciate being billed for services never ordered or required.
I expect this matter repaired IMMEDIATELY.
