Received an email in response to a job application. Email stated the following:

Hello,

We've reviewed over 20 applications and now we have narrowed our selection down to four.
You are among the applicants we want to interview!

Job requirements: Outstanding written/oral communication skills in order to perform duties including responding to phones and taking messages, the preparation of mailings, the order and maintenance of supply amounts, elementary copying, common filing and emailing, and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications: Superb written and oral communication skills to complete basic management responsibilities which includes answer phones and taking messages, preparing mailings, and ordering supplies.
We will provide more specific details at the interview.

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $17 - $21 an hour
Advantages Package: Healthcare, dental, disability/life insurance plan, flex medical spending plan, vacation/sick days

The position will need you to work in a high financial environment so it is our corporate policy that we do a financial verification check into all staff to verify applicant registration info.

Hiring Manager

Upon receiving my "free" credit report and 7-day free trail, my card was charged $40.29, plus an initial fee of $1 that the customer service rep told me was for "account verification purposes". Luckily, I was able to cancel the "service" within less than one hour of signing up. However, the credit report was accurate.

Then, on 9/29/2012 I received an email stating the following:
Hi
Still we didn’t get your credit report. Credit report is important for us. This is our official rule and we need to maintain all the rules and regulations. There have been some concerns about the credit report portion of the application. There are no fees to be incurred. It is free for our applicants. Your resume fits perfectly with our needs in this role. It is very high chance that you will get job from us. Here's the link again

Obviously, these two emails contradict each other and upon further review came from two different email addresses;[email protected] and emily@dmpcorporationbiz
