I ordered shoes, but never received them, so I requested a refund through PayPal, as that is how I paid for the shoes. When meilan yu at [email protected] was contacted by PayPal with my request for a refund, Meilan Yu sent a very small envelope containing a 3" kitchen sponge so they could give PayPal a tracking #. PayPal won't give a refund if a tracking # is given.
