i had money taken from my bank account via debit card i never order anything so i got the bank to call the person who took it and it was slimtone plus i have written to them i have emailed them and phoned them and this is what they have said copy of email

i dont see why i should send them any forms as this is not my doing i can only assume my pc was hacked or my card details where stolen from some where what should i do next
