Last april I called T Mobile to switch to another co. witch was cheaper, because I am on social security. I told the rep at T-mobile that I could get a plan for 10$ cheaper than what I was paying, which was with tax etc 57$ monthly. H told me if I sigh up with T-moble for another 2 years he would give me the same thing 47$ flat. I asked him to repeat it back to me. 47$ a month for 2 years including everything. Well, every month my bill was still 56 and change or 57$ and I had to call and T-moble said they would fix it. I have had to call every month, and today I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he connected me with some guy who told me that there is no such price and that he could 5.oo$ off a month. Last month they game me a 20.00 credit on my bill. This month my bill is 56 and change. Please help me.
