Look some computer lady call me keep saying the samething over and over. I did everything as they say to do it didn't same right at all. lucky stop i figure out it was a scam i hung up the phone. So If you ever get that call dont pick up the phone.

- Got some neighbors who said they had charges on their account but they turned out to be more than one transaction from multiple companies.
