£10.00 was taken from my business account without my consent. I did not give them permission nor my account card details how did they get them? Please advise me as I am not going to put up with this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can you help???????????

I confirm. Same experience. Probably happened while I was buying at another firm on Internet. Did not realise I had been transferred to third party.
Watch out or ... give up buying over the Inernet ! -
