I agree with all the others before me complaining about this scam. I was charged without me knowing. The fact that some people saw the charge posted raises some doubts about these individuals, perhaps they are working with the company, otherwise I don't understand why someone would come to defend a company that so many people are outraged about. If so many people complain that means there is a problem regardless what is the defense line of the company. A company that respect itself should have taken care of this issue immediately, instead they are fabricating stories about the their site. A fact is that this company is deliberately misleading people and if it is not doing anything to fix the problem it means they intend to continue to mislead and therefore whether there is a sign of the charge or not it is immaterial, because their intention is to mislead. No one should do a PhD research anytime before they use a website, it is an absurd request.
