I purchased a Northface jacket and was not happy with the quality. I compared this product to a real Northface jacket, and it can not be authentic. I contacted their customer service 5 times and found out i had to pay a restocking fee, which I was never informed of prior to the purchase, nor does it say anywhere on their website's "hassleback returns" page anything about a restocking fee or paying to ship it back. I'm going to dispute the charge on my credit card. Don't buy from these crooks.
