Unsolicited $9.99 charge to T-Mobile bill for uknown subscription. T-Mobile will not refund saying resolution is with Byte Spike who said they are 3rd party biller for Event Texter? Again, unsolicited, scam techniques to illegally charge you for something you are totally unaware of. The question is what role is the cell company playing? Either they are keeping the $$ or paying someone else for services (not-rendered)? What benefit is the 3rd Party company getting? Access to your personal info thru your cell number? This is a scam that needs to be stopped. I am fed up with cell phone charges that are illegitimate...roaming, text messages from the UK and now this. I have paid hundreds of dollars in fees that were not supported or legitimate because I do not have time to call numerous numbers every month to get the run around. I will be escalating this to the BBB, our Washington Representative and the FCC.
