we rented a serviced office in MWB in Noel St (Cobalt Building). we were never informed off all the hidden charges, deductions, rent increase, mail forwarding charges ( which was forced upon us), extremely complicated conditions to terminate our lease, even after the lease had expired, 3 months of virtual office service charges of £70 + vat each month for 3 months, which we were never told until we vacated the office, £110 charges for each desk for cleaning, the shared internet provided by MWB was so limited and slow that running our business on-line felt like being in stone-ages. the managers are being changed and replaced on weekly basis, disrupting customer service intentionally. MWB sales team disappear the moment contracts/lease have been signed. what we were offered and told by sales team, disappears with the sales person.
