I purchased Version 2.0 of a software application called "Flash Video" on September 15,2011 one year ago. I wanted an upgrade, so purchased what I thought was an upgrade on September 16, 2012 of this year (last weekend). However, the new download Version was the old 1.0 Version. I already had version 2.0, but after numerous emails, they still refused to give me a refund, or a new download. I even sent them both downloads with the dates attached, and they still refused my refund request.
