This company repeatedly calls and sends emails to me requesting us to pay our invoice. I have listened to the voice recording of myself. Admittedly it was my voice but taken out of context. I also asked to hear the whole message or have a transcript of the message. This was denied by this company saying they do not keep the recordings after a few months. I also asked for a contract signed by me or my employer and this too could not be produced.
I have ignored dealing with this company but the calls and relentlessness is overwhelming. I work for an Urgent Care Center and the overwhelming workload and patients on a daily basis is enough without having to deal with harrassing phone calls from scam artist. Please someone put a stop to this company and Jason Brooks who has given me my fair share of headaches!!!!!

I started recieving the same messages, letters, and phone calls. I told them I had to have the contract that was signed in order to move forward at which time they played a recording of myself, however the recording was different than the actual conversation that had taken place. When discussing with the "representative" my concerns she told me that the recording would serve as a contract and would be evidence in court, so she would be sending the account to collections and hung up. I immediately contacted my attorney and told him of this....
He advised me to send a cease and decist letter to the address on the invoice that was sent to me. (Samples of these can be found online). I have not since heard from them, so it appears to have worked :).
