In June of 2012, I placed an order for Bactium to this company. At the end of September, money for the same order was taken from my checking account again. The original amount was $76.92, now there are $98.00 worth of check as a result of them taking money that wasn't theirs. First, these companies need to delete information and not hold on to it. Secondly, when I called their customer advocacy line on 9/21/12, I was told by Jeff that my money would be back in my account within 48 hours. Today, 9/25/12, I called and got John, he told me the org amount would be back in my account in 72 hours. When I told him of the discrepancy between what he and Jeff said HE HUNG UP ON ME. How do we stop these people. When I ordered in June the girl tried to give me all kinds of free stuff and I firmly told her I did not want anything free or any automatic shipping. I actually told her to just send me the 2 bottles of Bactium and I would NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN! How do we stop these people? I am not elderly, I can imagine what they have been allowed to do to the elderly. I have filed a Forgery Report with my bank for the $76.92, but I want the $98.00 in bounced checks also. This happened as no fault of mine and they say it was a computer glich, BUT I THINK THIS COMPANY IS IN THE SCAMMING business. Dr Mindell has been a helpful part of people's lives for years, I have his vitamin bible. I will never order or buy another thing with his name attached to it. THIS IS JUST WRONG! These people are cheaters and thieves!!!!!!
