MY HUSBAND ORDERED THIS PRODUCT FOR A TRIAL PERIOD AND DID NOTHING FOR HIM SO I HAD CALLED THEM WITHEN THE TRIAL PERIOD TO CANCEL THEY TOLD ME I WAS ALREADY CHARGED AND PRODUCT SENT 2 WEEKS LATER NEVER RECIEVED PRODUCT CALLED THEM THEY TOLD ME TO CALL USPS WHICH I DID AND GOT CASE NUMBER AND THE POSTMASTER TOLD ME THE CARRIER DOES NOT RECALL PACKAGE BEING DROPED SO IN TURN CALLED BACK INNERTHRIVE WHICH THEY INFORMED ME THAT BASICALLY NOTHING I COULD DO THEY WOULD GIVE ME CREDIT OF $35.00 BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT PROVE WE DID NOT RECIEVE THERE PRODUCT. WHICH THEN THEY TOLD ME THEIR PRODUCT IS INSURED WHEN SENT SO THEY GOT MY MONEY AND INSURANCE FROM THE USPS TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF A SUPERVISOR IS IMPOSSIBLE I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THIS WITH A COMPANY!!!!
