SGE took the brokers fee off me over the phone and told me to wait 14 working days for my loan to go through. I phoned back as instructed but they had no loan for me so I waited again but had no calls or letters off them. Now they refuse to refund the fee even though they delayed my cancellation by telling me to wait for the 14 days.
