I ordered the box set of Third watch on July 28th and have still not received it almost 2 months later, they keep Telling me by a standard worded e.mail that the goods are in the country.
I e.mailed them once again suggesting that they claim their insurance and refund my money only to have the same e.mail sent to me again telling me to wait another week.
I would suggest to anyone buying D.V.D's not to deal with this company.
