I ordered 2 Obagi products site claims to ship same day. Products have not been received. I sent 2 emails and to date no response. When I filled out the form my credit card information displayed. I thought it was strange but continued to enter the security code. Bad mistake. The funds were removed immediately. I contacted authorize.net and they provided a phone number 888 800-8000, which doesn't work. I was advised they are out of California. I am about to go to my bank and get my money back. Now I see other complaints on line about Obagiclear.com with the same issue. Money removed from account but no products.

- Same thing happened to me on 8/15/11. Money posted-no products and no response from email. I reported to my bank and Google. Hopefully they will be removed from internet by Google when they do their own investigation. Obagi is a brand name and these people are evidently breaking the law. ODiscount.com is a little more money but a reputible site for these products. Good luck -hope we get our money back!

- I actually order all my product from Obagiclear.com. So I find it interesting that you had problems. As with most smaller online stores, it is very hard to get emails back from the few people that usually run these stores, you can call them at 800-704-7580. I speak with them on a pretty regular basis and actually know one of the employees. I think its terrible that 3 dissatisfied customers out of 30,000 satisfied customers can try and ruin an online business.
