This company placed unauthorized charges against my back account for $29.35 for a service I never ordered and knew nothing about. There was not enough in the account to fund the charges and the bank refused the transaction which generated insufficient funds fees of $24.00. I tracked the company info and called them. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. At this point, I have no idea how hey got my card and banking information. I want the $24.00 reimbursed. I did not need, want or authorize anything!!!!
