Hi Cynthia,
I did correspond with Tony Cordova at the attorney general’s office.
They have been looking into my case against the HOA listed
Above.

The situation is over a dispute over dues, late fees and mostly
Attorney fees.

This HOA marched forward to a Sheriffs sale on my property
@ 10569 Osceola Drive in Westminster.

I have been unemployed and fell behind on my dues.
They didn’t notify me properly and didn’t send
Any statements to me. They also failed to let me know about these proceedings.
I have attached the results from the court on this matter.

I have had 2 attorneys try to negotiate a reasonable settlement
To no avail. We have made, over the last 3 years, many offers
All have been rejected.

I recently went before the board and was screamed at by
A board member and was given 3 minutes to speak but
Was never really allowed to present my case. I was told
By the president of the board, that they would get
Back to me. They never have. I called Missy Trujillo
At MSI, the management company, and she gave
Me her standard response, that I would need to
Speak with the greedy law firm.

At this point I have offered many settlements.
All have been rejected.
I have attached documentation by the court
Which proves they never sent paper work to
Me but marched forward with the sale.

I had tried sell my house over the last 3 months but
Was offered a price of $85,000 less than I paid for the home.
I had planned to sell and give the proceeds to the Hoa. I now
Have rented the property again to be able to pay my mortgage.

I am not sure how to proceed as my attorney has withdrawn
Saying they would not settle.
