i was called by phone if wanted to get a refinance a property that is in my name the house is my mother's. here's how it started jeri dalgleish ask me for the last 3 year's of tax'es my cpa sent them to jeri .jeri check them over and said that you qualify. i told her that i could not spend any money unless this is a for sher ,she said she would be guarantee this refinance 4.50 apr. i les martin spent $ 350.00 for aprazer nnd $ 250.00 to have cpa get a year to date of tax'es this went on for 3 mouth's, now jeri say's i am denide
