On 9/9/12 I spoke with the above named traffic school about taking their course because I received a speeding ticket. It was stated to me that the course was 4 hours long and the test wae 40 questions and this is the important part,YOU HAVE UNLIMITED TIME to take the test and it is an open book test. Sounds easy enough, so I signed up and paid the fee gladley. In truth, come to find out, Once you start the study part of the test,[each section has an alotted time and 3 practice questions to answer] you are not allowed to go back and review any part of the course. THIS BIT OF INFORMATION IS NOT TOLD TO YOU BEFORE YOU START TO STUDY. Most people do not study in the same way, I like to take my time and go back and review until I feel comfortable with the information. This course, along with safe driving rules, is filled with numbered stistics,some of which were in the practice questions. I was never aware of how many people died from traffic accidents in such and such a year in the U.S. in a paticulair year or at what time of day did these accidents happen and so on. I felt I needed to go back and stude all of these numbered ststistics but no, NOT ALLOWED TO GO BACK AND REVIEW BEFORE TAKING THE TEST. O.K., remember it was stated, YOU HAVE UNLIMITED TIME TO TAKE THE TEST, Well gess what, It is not true, and if it is not true, then the person I spoke with LIED TO ME. Come to find out, and this is a quote from the second person I spoke to after doing the study part,"OH YOU DON'T HAVE UNLIMITED TIME, YOU HHVE ABOUT ONE HOUR TO ANSWER THE FORTY QUESTIONS".To me, that means no time to take advantage of the open book policy. I know this is a long letter but I so want to show you how unfair this all was. I am not looking for any compensation, I am just asking that the truth be told at the very least or at most, give people UNLIMITED TIME TO STUDE AND A REASONABLE TIME TO TAKE THE TEST.

P.S. When I asked how long it takes for most people to pass the test, the answer was " MOST PEOPLE TAKE IT TEN TIMES BEFORE THEY PASS IT".
