I have a right to a stress free and relaxing holiday which this was by far the worst holiday we have been too.They ruined my family holiday which was a present to my husband for his 40th Birthday from the children and myself.

- I will be happy if the resort meets me half way and offers me 5 nights elsewhere (and not New Caledonia as I will never go back there)or points credited to my SPG account equivalent to 5 nights. I don't think iam being unfair as we stayed there for 10 nights : 2Sept - 12Sept 2012.
