This unauthorized merchandise charge showed up on my Capital One Visa account statement and I had no knowledge of what it was! I filed a Fraudulent Claim with the Fraud Dept. the charge was removed, and after ainvestigation was done, Capital One issued me a new card with a new account number. But then Capital One Re-billed the amount to my new account! After I googled the info on this item, of which I had no recollection of what it was, I learned what it was and then remembered that a Pop-Up box froze my screen stating that my system had a very dangerous virus in it and for the amount of $19.95 , I could purchase this program that would perform a deep scan of my system and delete /remove all viruses located. This fraudulent company which is located in some remote 3rd world country unheard of before by me, charged my credit card for $99.90 instead of $19.95 for a program that didn't do jack (Inappropriate Content Removed) as the whole thing was nothing but a scam! Capital One refuses to reimburse me for such fraudulent charges!
