Got a call from 206-200-6011 and just as hundreds of others have complained I got the phone carol and went thru the while process only to not get thru on the website provided did done research and found that this has been happening for over a yr! THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED ALREADY, this is crazy that it's still been allowed to continue this long!
