I had applied for a loan with a company and all of a sudden I have a debit from my account for $30 from this company. I did not sign up with this company and I have no idea who they are. I called twice and talked to representatives who both hung up on me. I called a 3rd time and got what they said was a supervisor, who also hung up on me. I am also facing overdraft charges from my bank from them taking my money.
