I called Yahoo customer service, who referred me to Safe Cart. They supposedly fixed an Error 45 in my Yahoo mail account. I called and canceled after finding that it had not been fixed. Safe Cart sent me an email confirming the cancellation.
Then an angry representative of the company called, so to be safe, I submitted a dispute report to PayPal. We'll see what happens.
