My sister worked for this company for 19yrs.Her only son of 26yrs old passed away 8/4/2010.She was their top worker,but after this happen without a warninig on her birthday 6/7/2011 they told her they could not keep her job.I will never buy l'oreal products again there is no compassion or a sensitivity bone in this company.
