Sent for what i thought was a two weeks trial of this product. When it arrived they had sent a months supply, i did not ask for a months supply and nowhere in their advert did they say it would be this amount. With the product came a letter explaining that unless i cancelled i would automatically be enrolled in their monthly schedule. Delivery was 5 days after i had placed my order but apparently the trial period starts as soon as your order is placed, so you have to be pretty smart to get it all cancelled within the required time. 2 phone calls and 2 e-mails was what it took to get the required information to return the remainder of unused product. I have informed my bank to try to stop this company from taking any more money but short of cancelling my card this cant be done, however the bank have said if they do take money they will take it up on my behalf as i have done all i could to cancel as per their strict guide lines. Does this product work ? didnt really have time to tell but i suspect it would when the product (if you have both types) would cost over £100 per month leaving very little money left for food. This is a very cleverly worded offer but at the end of the day it is a scam and should not be allowed.
