Placed order for box set of disney movies on www.hotdvdcollection.com. Rec'd the item but looks like piracy dvd and they don't work. Won't play. Requested refund and they totally ignored request. There is no contact information or phone number. Phone # listed doesn't work. Only email is all we have, [email protected]. Scammed several others as well by refusing refund and same scenario where the DVD's won't play.
