IT Technician will be a valuable asset to all aspects of the operation. This person will work closely with corporate executives, district managers, and restaurant employees to help overcome technological issues that arise in daily business operations. In addition to basic PC support and troubleshooting, the candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and basic networking skills/experience is required. Experience with server/backbone infrastructure is preferable but not required. Knowledge of XML, SQL, and Java are beneficial, but not necessary. Applicant must be able to travel in the immediate area and be available for on-call support during operational hours.

Job duties will include:
Support and training of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Support with other software packages used to track operational metrics (training will be provided for these packages)
Troubleshooting and support of Windows PC's (in headquarters and in remote locations)
Troubleshooting and support of Internet as well as internal network connections
Manipulating raw data into usable reporting tools via XML, Excel, SQL, Access
Assistance with troubleshooting and supporting corporate-supplied hardware including Windows-based PC's, firewalls, switches and other related networking components
Assistance with troubleshooting and supporting corporate-provided POS equipment. (Corporate support will be available to assist)
Planning and consultation regarding network backbone upgrades and improvements
Planning and consultation regarding all new technologies including printing, scanning, telecommunications, and security/surveillance

I have 7 Dell Inspiron(4Gig OS 64Bit) switch laptops. Below is a list of work needed to be done on each PC.

1 Format Hard Drive
2 Install Win 7
3 Install Microsoft Office Package
4 AVG Virus Software
5 Adobe Acrobat Reader
6 Diagnose Hardware. Hard drive, video card, processor and what not.

I have OS software for each Machine

Thanks for the reply. I have all the necessary software needed for the service installations, it is also with Win 7 disk 1 key for each. Let me know the final asking price. I will instruct my Client to prepare a Check that will be drawn in your name.
