I applied for a payday loan online and got a basket full of information blocks. On 9/10/12 I noticed a $30 fee taken out of my checking account. Found out is was Pacific Advances. I never authorized this withdrawal I found out that the fee will not be refunded unless I apply for a loan. I pushed the issue and was told I would receive a 100 dollar gas voucher. That was a week ago. I have called and comlained and get excues. Anyone in the Las Vegas area got to the local PD, I cannot.
My 30 dollares is gone and I will not receive the voucher If anyone has legal contacts, please go after this company.
