I purchased a Wigo Taifun Hair Dryer Ionic Anti Static WG5101 as the site offered a delivery to Australia. At no time did the site indicate that the product is not suitable for Australia (Voltage). In fact if used it could burn down the house sparking a fire being the incorrect plug provided. I cannot use a plug to change the voltage as it is illegal for me to do so. I have left many messages via email contact us on their website http://www.metrobeauty.com/ and also emailed via return email with their order confirmaton address. I have also phoned them to dispute not only the american plug issue but the incorrect amount taken from my bank account for the product. MetroBeauty Order #74667. There was at no time any idication of the incorrect plug for Australia. They should not provide the option to send to Australia. They need to take responsibility.
