I also asked for the $4.95 free sample and was charged as on ongoing debit to my account. This sort of scam makes me so mad! I called the 800 number on Friday and the wait time estimation was 30 minutes. That means they have done this to untold numbers of people.

  • I spoke with a customer service rep today at DermaPure!!!
    She told me that the FREE sample for $4.95 was only good for 14 days. If you don't call them specifically before the 14 days were done to cancel, then you are automatically charged the full $89.95, and that will continue to be charged to you every month ongoing. I checked the packaging and the postmark on my DermaPure was mailed 10 days after I was charged the $4.95. How could I have tried the product and have an opinion on it's worth in 2 days???? Honestly it took me 2 days to even open the package so I was screwed from the beginning.
