I sent $50 by AlertPay to Elite Alliance (an HYIP). They said they would pay me back the principle plus $30 (60% interest) in one month. When I tried to withdraw the funds after a month had passed I was blocked on the website because I needed to enter a secondary password. I did not even recall creating any such password. I sent a support ticket to admin three times and they did not respond. I tried to obtain a refund from AlertPay and they replied by saying over 30 days had passed since the transaction occurred and therefore would not be able to help me.
