I agreed to take a free sample of their cleanser on trial, with the proviso that I could cancel any further supplies by phone, but when you try to phone no-one answers. So I rang to my bank who take care of stopping anymore going out, but unfortunately whatever they did has not stopped another amount being taken. In all £200 has been taken under false pretences. How can I get my money back, could you help me please.

- these people send a sample and ask you topay for the p/p but when you try to phone to cancel within the 14 days no one answers i have phoned the bank but am not sure if this will be stoped and i have read other peoples complans and thay say the same some say that thay have had 200/300 hundred taken out there banks hope this dos not happen to me to all i can say is itsa scam dont do it i think people that do this to other have no morals and showed be puneshed for it as it is fraid after all
