Loan Tree Advances

I filled out an initial application with this website & did not go any further than that with the entire loan process. I did not recieve any money from them, but I was debited $30.00 by check from my account. On the website, I went back and looked under "terms and conditions" and it says:

"When you sign up at the Loan Tree Advances website, you will have the option of enrolling into the Loan Tree Advances Assistance Program. If you enroll into the optional program, Loan Tree Advances will produce an electronic check that will be withdrawn from your bank account for the one-time, non-recurring charge of $30.00 (Thirty-Dollars and Zero Cents)."

When I filled out the application though, there was no option to opt-out of this "Loan Tree Advances Assistance Program" OR an option to apply for it. I called Loan Tree Advanes and asked them why I had $30.00 debited from my account & they told me "loan application fee". I told them all I wanted was my $30.00 back, but all they did was give me the run-around and offer me a gas voucher or told me to complete the app and the money would be given back with the loan that I accept once I went to: www.loantreeadvances.com/login and completed my application.

I called this company a dozen times(literally) and even spoke to a so-called "Supervisor" named Victoria. This company is committing false advertisement, fraud and should be brought up on those charges in multiple accounts immediately. I even emailed them!!

I do not want a loan from you. I do not want a gas voucher from you. I do not want to complete a loan application, because I do not want a loan. I spoke to several representatives who said the $30.00 was taken out for a "loan application fee", that was FALSELY advertised on your website under the terms & conditions as:

I was told that it was my fault for misunderstanding, but how could I misunderstand something that was never layed out to be understood. In fact, there was NO option to where I could opt out of or opt for the so-called "loan application fee". This is false advertisement to its fullest & it is subject to criminal charges brought up against Loan Tree Advances as a whole if I do not recieve my $30.00 refund. I have spoken to dozens of representatives when calling the number listed on your sight.



I will be forced to take legal action at the fullest extent of the law if this situation is not handled with the promptest manners. I ONLY WANT MY $30.00 back deposited into my account.
