I was using my pc, when an alert pops up, telling me that my pc had been locked. They made rediculous accusations, as to what I was doing, on my pc. They stated that the only way I can regain control of my pc is to pay them a $200 fine. These charges are not true, so I try to contact them, finding out that this is a "phishing scheme". I want to file a complaint, also take back control of my pc. Help me!
