I ordered trial sizes of Revivagenix and 1oz. of Lumisol. They were advertised as free and I was charchged only for shipping. It happen in July. It was supposed to be delivered for about one week. I was waiting almost 2 months and got nothing. I have sent them e-mail explaining the problem, and got answer that I should call them so I did. It was about three weeks ago. I was asked about my name, zip code, e-mail address, and was told that it would be send to me. I waited about 2 weeks, called again and asked what was going on. As like it was before, I was asked for all my data, and then I was told that it was sent to me on August 27. However: I have got nothing. I was offered following solution: my account will be withdrawn, somebody from shipping department will call me, and I will get a very good discount. Taking for consideration my experience with this company I did not think that it was a good solution. It looks to me like a scam.
