I was Unaware of Palm Loan Advances but, I was checking my account which I have not used in a couple of days so I decided just to do a quick look and I noticed that a check of $30.00 was taken out of my account which I did not authorize or sign any documents stating or admitting this company to access $30.00 Neither have I received an confirmation email stating any facts that they could withdraw from my checking. I notice that a number was on the check so I called to question how and why? was money taken with out my acceptance. The lady gave me (www.palmloanadvances.com/login) website but it was only for applying, there was "No" access to viewing the "Supposed" application I filled out. I was told if I went on the website I could cancel my application and it would take 30 days for them to return the $30.00 back into my account. I would not recommend this loan company to anyone and I think they should not be in operation. There is Lack of communication, Lack of structure and someone who is being very careless and selfish to scam people. This is a horrible Loan company and I just hope who ever is behind this gets caught.
