I signed up for a payday loan with Spot loan and I think they sold my information and this company called Loan assistance made up a fake check and pulled money out of my account that was unauthorized. I am pissed. I am filing a report and taking this further. anyone have my back plase join, we are stronger united.

- I just experienced this as well, HOWEVER, I did NOT apply for a payday loan. In the past I have with other companies and I'm sure that is what this is from. When I called to complain, they said the $30 would be refunded upon the repayment of my loan. I did not get a loan, I don't want a loan. The supervisor hung up on me. His name was "Mark Martinez" but his name was clearly not Mark, as his accent was very thick. I am planning on filing a complaint with the BBB.
