I purchased a Bosch Fridge Freezer in April 2012 and applied for the £50.00 cashback offer. I had to fill a form in on-line and scan my receipt and send it with the form which I did. I waited to hear from then and the closing date went by. I didnt hear anything so rang the helpline. they informed me that they didnt receive evidence of my receipt so therefore the closing date had passed and I am now not eligable for the £50.00 cash back. they had my email address and did not contact me to say that there was a query with my application. I paid over the odds for the freezer thinking that I would get £50.00 back.
they refused to honour the application
