I bought 2 Alanis Morisette tickets at the O2 Arena, London.
They took the money from my bank however I never recieved the tickets.
I contacted them a number of times by telephone with no answer and by email with no answer. After about a month of this I finally got an email back saying they would refund the money within 28 working days but I never recieved this.
Now they are completely shutdown and I have no way of getting my money back.
