- I had the same problem with this scam or so called company.I complete surveys and was contacted by this company saying I had won an elmo adventure learning pack I said yes for them to send it to me,a search showed me I am not the only person being scammed I rang these people and said do not send me anything asked for a confirmation no to cancel the order,and advised them I would be contacting the federal police to report them they said "oh need to do that" well if that what it takes me to shut these guys down I will be reporting it to the police so no one else has to go through the same thing that I have.

- There was actually an FTC judgment against IMP back in 1997. Supposedly the current company is Florida corporation registered in 2010 with offices in NYC, but the "business model" is exactly the same. http://www.ftc.gov/os/1997/06/doj-fin.htm
