On 8/15/12, I decided to check my telephone bill and I saw the charge of $9.99. I immediately called into my phone company to inquire what this was, but they could not tell me. The only thing they could tell me is that it’s from Consumer Mobile Platform – to this day, I still do not know what Consumer Mobile Platform does? Anyway, I asked to have this charged removed from my bill. I was told by T-Mobile to call Consumer Mobile Platform, T-Mobile cannot remove it.

I called Consumer Mobile Platform on 8/15/12 and spent an extensive amount of time on the phone with Keisha. She told me that I ordered this service (I still don’t know what they do) on July 19, and I have to pay for the month. I AM NOT PAYING FOR THIS – I DID NOT ORDER THIS THING. Prove to me that I ordered this thing whatever it is – I DID NOT ORDER THIS and I would like a credit of $9.99 to my T-Mobile account. I am not going to pay for something I did not order.

I checked again today 9/12/12, the charge was still on my T-Mobile account. I called Consumer Mobile Platform again to request them to take this charge off. Keisha, again told me that I need to pay for it because I had it for almost 1 month.

I sent a copy of this letter to the Attorney General of both Arizona and Florida. I will also report this to the Better Business Bureau and a copy to Tmobile. This is outrageous! Remove the charge from my bill – I DID NOT ORDER THIS!!
THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM BEING FACILITATED BY TMOBILE - THEY REMOVED IT FOR SOME BUT NOT FOR OTHERS - SHAME ON TMOBILE
